Glashütter Uhrenmanufaktur Grossmann: Umzug in neue Produktionsstätte

Die Moritz Grossmann GmbH bezieht Ende Januar 2012 ihre neu errichteten Produktionsräume, welche auf traditionsreichem Boden, und zwar dort, wo sich früher die Uhrenrohwerkefabrik UROFA befand, stehen.
Mit der neuen Produktionsstätte, die bei voller Ausnutzung 2.600 Quadratmeter Platz bietet, soll auch der Maschinenpark verdoppelt werden.
Ferner soll Zug um Zug die  Belegschaft aufgestockt werden.

Die gelernte Uhrmacherin Christine Hutter hatte 2008 das jetzige Unternehmen gegründet und damit die 1885 erloschene Marke „Moritz Grossmann“ wiederbelebt.
Mittelfristig will die „Morits Grossmann GmbH „1.200 Luxusuhren pro Jahr herstellen.
Zwei neue Modelle sollen zum Jahresbeginn 2013 serienreif entwickelt sein.
Übrigens ca 80% der Wertschöpfung der „Moritz Grossmann -Uhren“ erfolgt in Glashütte.
